Job description
MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Thousand Oaks, CA to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive store performance. You will coach a team, maintain visual and operational standards, and implement strategies to reach sales goals.
You will lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, promote customer loyalty through the membership program, and mentor trainees to achieve targets while maintaining high service standards.
