Job description
Carter’s in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will lead a welcoming team, coach staff, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
You’ll partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop the team, execute merchandising standards, manage schedules, and maintain a safe, inclusive store environment.
