Job description
American Threads seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead on the floor, support the Store Manager, and drive a high-energy, fashion-forward guest experience. You will mentor staff, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering great service.
You’ll collaborate with leadership to achieve revenue goals, monitor KPIs, and maintain visual standards across the store. Weekend/evening availability is required, and a positive, proactive attitude is essential.
