Job description
Good Feet in Charlotte, NC is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to lead a busy retail team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will drive sales, coach staff, and schedule shifts while upholding the company’s mission to improve clients' well-being.
You’ll partner with the Store Manager to develop talent, manage operations, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for every customer, including arch support fittings and product demos.
