Job description
EZPAWN is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help oversee one of our EZPAWN/Value Pawn outlets in Sheridan, CO. You will lead a team of 5–15 Sales Associates, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive revenue while maintaining operations within budget.
Ideal candidates have 1+ years in management or customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and a knack for coaching and mentoring others.
