Job description
CITITRENDS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead a team, and assist with staffing and development. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and maintain high customer experience standards across the store.
You will oversee inventory control, coaching of associates, and adherence to company policies while supporting recruiting and onboarding efforts. This role requires flexibility, including nights and weekends.
