Shoe Station is hiring a dependable and energetic Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations at our Jackson, MS location. This full-time role functions as a key holder, supporting the General Manager to achieve sales goals and maintain a customer-first store environment.
You will lead service teams, train staff on standards, manage cash, and participate in merchandising. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is required.
