Job description
Journeys is seeking a Store Manager in Training to assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to achieve store and personal sales goals, control expenses, and protect company assets.
As part of the team you will lead a salesforce, provide feedback and coaching, enforce company policies, and help grow talent toward a Co-Manager role. Expect 45 hours weekly, with night and weekend shifts, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
