Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Town of Florida, NY to help run daily store operations and guest experiences.
You will lead a team, support the Store Manager, and drive sales while controlling costs and inventory in accordance with company policies. The role requires standing 8+ hours and lifting up to 50 pounds. Benefits include generous paid time off and a 401K match.
