Job description
Spencer's in Humble, Texas, is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to ensure exceptional Guest Services and support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.
The role includes developing staff, managing expenses, and controlling inventory in line with company policies. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and physically capable of standing for over 8 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail or management experience is required.
