Job description
Royal Farms in Maryland is seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, lead shifts, and coach a team in a high-volume convenience store, retail and restaurant environment. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused leadership role designed to uphold our world-famous service.
You will supervise daily operations, ensure policy compliance, develop staff, and drive store performance with a focus on fairness, safety, and community engagement.
