Job description
Rescue Mission Alliance of Syracuse, NY is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager for the New Hartford Thrifty Shopper. The ASM will support the Store Manager in driving sales, profitability, and excellent service while leading volunteers and staff.
The role emphasizes training, leadership, and creating a positive shopping experience, with the ASM acting as Manager in Charge and reporting insights to the STM. Monday–Saturday availability may be required.
