Job description
Coach is seeking a Store Leader in Wisconsin to partner with the Store Manager in achieving sales goals through forecasting, planning, and category initiatives. You will monitor KPIs, implement initiatives, and act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
You will recruit, onboard, and coach team members, ensuring exceptional service, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to policies and visual standards. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak seasons is required.
