Job description
Dry Goods in New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assist with operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.
You will train, coach and lead by example, develop relationships to grow store business, and ensure the team delivers outstanding service while meeting sales goals.
