Job description
Famous Footwear is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team in delivering the best shoe store experience for families. You will act as the store leader in the Store Manager's absence, motivating staff and driving sales growth.
You will coach and develop associates, hire and onboard talent, and manage daily operations including pricing, shipping, and inventory while upholding company standards and policies.
