Job description
Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, coach associates, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales, ensure top-notch customer experiences, and coordinate with the Store Manager to meet KPI targets.
As a key part of the team, you will supervise daily activities, support inventory and scheduling, and maintain compliance with safety and loss-prevention policies while fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace.
