Royal Farms is seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to oversee high-volume convenience store, retail, and restaurant operations in Maryland. You will support the Store Manager, lead shifts, and guide the team to deliver our renowned food service experience.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, coaching performance, handling customer escalations, and ensuring policy compliance. Requires 1+ year of management experience in fast food or retail; ANSI Food Safety Manager certification
