Job description
Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the New York area to support Store Manager in daily operations and sales leadership. You will coach a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, uphold visual and operational standards, and drive customer engagement through the membership program.
You’ll mentor trainees, assist in recruitment and staffing, manage inventory and shipments, and ensure compliance with policies.
