Job description
Earthbound Trading Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Broomfield, CO location. This full-time, on-site role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, opening/closing procedures, cash handling, merchandising, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.
You will lead and motivate the team, provide coaching, drive sales, manage inventory, and participate in scheduling and training to uphold Earthbound’s unique brand.
