Job description
Cosmo Prof is seeking an Assistant Manager in Wisconsin to lead store operations, develop the team, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute omni-channel initiatives and ensure excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, training, inventory control, and adherence to safety procedures. Prior management experience in retail is preferred; cosmetology license is a plus.
