Job description
O'Reilly Automotive Stores, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, service, appearance, and operations.
You will manage the store in the manager's absence and lead the team to provide exceptional customer service to retail and professional customers. Responsibilities include hiring support, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with policies while handling opening/closing duties and keeping shelves and processes in order.
