Job description
O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role will manage the store during the Manager’s absence and lead the team to service customers efficiently.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will often engage with diverse customers. You will work to maintain staffing during peak hours, hire and train team members, and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures.
