Job description
O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Tennessee to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role will manage the store during the Store Manager's absence and lead the team in servicing customers across retail and professional channels.
Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, hiring participation, and ensuring accurate invoicing and timely processing of transfers and returns.
