Job description
O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations, including leading the store team when the manager is absent or on opposing shifts.
You will help hire, train, set goals, ensure staffing during peak hours, and maintain policy compliance while delivering excellent service to both retail and professional customers. Bilingual Spanish is highly encouraged to apply.
