Job description
GUESS Factory in Miami, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the customer experience, train and develop the store staff, and uphold store standards on the selling floor and in the stockroom.
This role reports to the Store Manager and requires leadership, strong communication, and a proven ability to drive sales and profitability through coaching, visual merchandising, and loss prevention. Previous retail leadership and the ability to stand for long shifts are preferred.
