Job description
O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wisconsin to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role demands leadership of a store team, ensuring excellent service for retail and professional customers, and ensuring proper staffing during peak hours.
Candidates with Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are preferred. Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.
