Job description
Showcase at Burlington Mall is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a fast-paced, demonstration-driven retail team and deliver high-energy customer experiences.
You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales team, manage daily operations including merchandising and scheduling, and work closely with the Store Manager to grow sales while upholding Showcase brand standards.
