Job description
Boot Barn in Tracy, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our store leadership team. You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach partners, and maintain exceptional customer service and merchandising standards.
You will train associates, manage schedules, and help control inventory while ensuring compliance with time and attendance policies and company procedures. A passion for Western wear and community hospitality is a plus.
