Job description
Shoe Carnival, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Dubuque, IA to help oversee daily store operations and support the team. As a key holder, you will open and close the store and model energetic, customer-first service.
You'll back the General Manager in driving sales, train and guide associates, manage tasks, and assist with merchandising while ensuring loss prevention and accurate cash handling. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
