Job description
Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead a team, and assist with staffing and development. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, uphold service standards, and ensure operational excellence.
The role requires 2–4 years in retail leadership and 3–5 years of overall retail experience, with strong communication and people leadership skills. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.
