Job description
Lidl US in Paramus, NJ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, coach the store team, and deliver Lidl’s signature high‑quality, low‑price shopping experience. You’ll own store performance, be proactive, and lead operational and personnel challenges while multi‑tasking to meet targets.
You’ll drive customer service, oversee KPIs, lead weekly promotions and merchandising, and participate in daily store tasks such as cash handling, stocking, cleaning, and safety
