Job description
JCPenney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in building a results-driven team and delivering an amazing customer experience. You will help execute store operations, maintain appealing visuals, and create a positive environment across managers, associates, and customers.
You will report to the Store Manager and lead with energy, adaptability, and a bias for action. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is required.
