Job description
Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Michigan to support daily store operations, lead a team, and assist with hiring and development of associates. You will drive sales performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain operational excellence under the Store Manager's guidance.
The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in retail leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
