Job description
ALDI USA in New York is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and supervise staff while ensuring excellent customer service. You will assist with scheduling, training development, and implementing action plans to improve results, while maintaining inventory accuracy and store standards.
The role offers full-time hours with a starting wage of $27.50 per hour and a wage increase to $28.50 per hour in Year 2, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
