CITITRENDS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, lead a team, and support hiring and onboarding. Work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, maintain standards, and recruit talent while focusing on customer experience and loss-prevention measures.
The role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and a proven ability to coach staff and manage performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
