Job description
O'Reilly Auto Parts in Haverhill, MA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. You will lead the team for service excellence and step in when the Store Manager is absent.
Responsibilities include coaching, hiring participation, ensuring order processing, returns handling, invoicing, and maintaining security and daily store opening/closing duties; a strong emphasis on customer focus and team leadership.
