Rally House is seeking an Assistant Coach to support the Head Coach in driving store results and developing teams. This role focuses on training, coaching, and maintaining guest-focused operations while adapting quickly to changing priorities.
You will oversee execution of standards, lead with a customer-centric approach, and help ensure safety, cash handling, and policy adherence across shifts. A passion for sports retail and strong communication are essential.
