Tommy Bahama is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Glendale, AZ location. Lead and motivate a team, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Partner with management to execute brand standards and merchandising plans.
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in retail, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and a business degree. Strong leadership and organizational skills are a must, as is flexibility for varied hours, weekends, and holidays.
