Job description
Ross Stores, Inc. seeks an experienced Store/Assistant Store Manager to supervise daily store operations and uphold loss prevention, customer service, and merchandising standards.
In partnership with the Store Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop Associates while ensuring compliance with policies and safety procedures. The role requires at least two years in retail management, strong English communication, and the ability to work evenings/weekends.
