CITITRENDS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Rochester to support daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a team. You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, onboard, and develop associates while upholding service standards.
This role requires 2–4 years in an assistant manager position and 3–5 years retail experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Health benefits and growth opportunities are offered.
