Job description
Tommy Bahama is seeking an ambassador of our island lifestyle to lead in Waikoloa. You will inspire the team to deliver world-class service and embody the brand’s aloha spirit.
Partner with the Store Manager to strengthen guest relationships, hit sales targets, and perfect merchandising. Coach staff and foster internal career growth.
Qualifications include 3+ years in retail and 2+ years of supervision; rate range $22.00–$35.00/hr with varied hours, weekends and holidays as needed.
