Job description
Ross Stores in Peoria, AZ is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach associates, and drive exceptional customer service. This role oversees scheduling, payroll, inventory, safety, and loss prevention while ensuring the Ross brand standards are maintained across all shifts.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to high standards of service. Evening/weekend availability and English fluency are required.
