Job description
The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Rochester, MN to lead a vibrant team and deliver memorable customer experiences.
You will drive store performance, oversee daily operations, and coach Associates to maintain high standards of service and safety. You’ll recruit, train, and mentor a growing team, implement company initiatives, and manage schedules and resources to meet sales and expense targets.
