Job description
Citi Trends in Newport News, VA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales performance, and partner with the Store Manager on staffing and development of team members.
You will supervise associates, assist with hiring, training, and coaching, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold loss-prevention and merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
