Job description
Sprouts Farmers Market in Surprise, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations, lead a ten-person team of Department Managers and Receivers, and drive sales with a focus on excellent customer service in a fast-paced, safe environment.
The role requires 1–3 years of retail leadership with P&L, safety, merchandising, and staff development while maintaining compliance and delivering a superior customer experience.
