Job description
The Paper Store is seeking an Assistant Team Leader in Hingham, MA to lead a high-performing team, model the G.U.E.S.T. service approach, and ensure a world-class customer experience.
You will train staff, manage payroll, uphold visual standards, and act as a TPS Brand Ambassador while supporting store operations in the absence of the Store Team Leader. Responsibilities include driving sales, building loyalty, and fostering a positive work environment.
