Sephora USA, Crestview Hills, KY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead a high-performing team, and elevate the client experience in a fast-paced beauty retailer.
You will collaborate with the Store Manager, recruit and coach associates, ensure visual standards, drive sales, and foster a diverse, inclusive environment across the team. This on-site role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays at 2854 Town Center Blvd.
