Job description
Dry Goods USA, based in Albany, NY, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates to deliver outstanding customer service and help customers create their own personal style. You will share product knowledge, maintain a clean, exciting store, and lead by example.
You’ll train and coach staff, develop relationships to grow the store business, and ensure all sales duties and goals are met while adapting to a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
