Job description
O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. You will lead the team in serving customers, manage during absence or opposing shifts, and drive performance across the store in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in multiple languages is encouraged, and you will participate in hiring, training, and daily store management tasks, including opening/closing procedures and security compliance.
