Job description
Sally Beauty in Oklahoma City seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in hiring, developing, and guiding store associates while delivering outstanding customer experiences and upholding brand standards.
You will help execute store operations, drive sales and KPIs, manage inventory and scheduling, and provide coaching to team members. Cosmetology license is optional; prior retail leadership is preferred. This role is based in-store with potential career growth.
